Default wtb 2003-2004 cobra brake pads

Anyone have a set or know someone who sells them? I need them ASAP. I'm aiming to get them for today (Thursday). Have money ready. I know it's last minute but want my car back from the mechanic plus he can't keep it there much longer. Let me know.

Is Autozone and the like good places to get reliable pads for occasional racing applications?

To tell you the truth probably not. I dont think they carry any really "nice" pads.. I would still check with them to see if they can get performance pads. If you can wait I would spend the money for some nice Hawk or EBC pads ( I have hawks and they work great). Or get cheapies to get the car out of the shop and buy some nice ones and install them yourself if you can..

Hmm! Dunno what to do. My mechanic told me that the local parts like Autozone do have decent pads. I am just hesitant since so many others rely on "Special" brands like Hawk. The rears are the only problem, but was thinking just to do them all to be balanced. I never used local parts stuff so that's why I'm asking.

Im not 100000% positive and I dont want to give false info but usually they only carry wearever pads which are pretty crappy. You could get away with cheaper pads since its the rears, and not as much braking is being applied. To be honest with a cobra I would try and find some nice ones.. I cant hurt right!?
